About the service
Photos with Diana offers on-location photography in Manhattan, with most sessions in Battery Park City and The Battery. Sessions north of 14th Street have a $50 travel fee, requested by email after booking and payable separately from the session price. Personal portrait sessions are $250 for 30 minutes. Family sessions are $500 for 45 minutes. Both include 20 edited images, delivered within 14 calendar days after your shoot. Diana will confirm the delivery method and any special requests with you.
Before you reserve
Review the session type, location, delivery timing, cancellation and refund rules, and any special requests before paying. Your booking confirmation and written correspondence with Diana form part of the session agreement.
Payment and scheduling
Choose an available time and provide accurate booking details. The appointment is confirmed only when payment succeeds. Keep your receipt and appointment confirmation, and contact Diana before trying again if either is missing.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancel at least 24 hours before your session starts for a full refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows are non-refundable.
Please contact Diana promptly to cancel or request a change. The cutoff is measured from the scheduled session start time. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Bad weather
If bad weather prevents an outdoor session, we will reschedule at no extra charge within the next 14 calendar days. If weather or available dates prevent that, you may choose a later agreed date or a full refund.
Diana will contact you if conditions prevent the session from going ahead. A weather postponement does not count as a late cancellation.
Photographs and permission
Usage rights for delivered photographs are set out in your session agreement. Website images and copy may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission or another lawful basis. Public use of identifiable client photographs requires separate permission; accepting these website terms does not grant a model release.
Children and other participants
Family sessions have no maximum group size. The session remains 45 minutes and includes 20 edited images. A parent or guardian must arrange sessions for minors and handle the required permissions. Tell Diana about the participants and any accessibility needs in advance so the session can be planned together.
Meeting point
The exact meeting point is agreed with each client when planning the session.
