Privacy policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026
This policy explains how Photos with Diana handles information through photoswithdiana.com and the online reservation process.
Information you share
When you inquire or reserve a session, we may receive your name, email address, preferred appointment, and the details you provide about your session. Please do not submit sensitive personal information that is not needed to arrange your photographs.
Payments and appointments
We use Cal.com for scheduling, Stripe for payment, and Resend for confirmation emails. They receive the information needed to complete those services. We may receive your name, email address, phone number, session notes, booking reference, and payment status, but never your full card number.
How information is used
We use inquiry and booking information to respond to you, arrange and deliver your session, provide customer support, maintain transaction records, and protect the booking process from misuse. Submitting a booking form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Hosting and security
Vercel hosts this website and receives basic connection information, such as IP address and browser details. Cloudflare Turnstile may check inquiry and booking forms for automated abuse. Inquiry messages are delivered to our business inbox through Resend. These providers may process information outside your country.
Cookies and optional analytics
We store your cookie preference in this browser for up to 180 days. This local storage entry records your choice and the time you made it. If you use the light/dark toggle, we also save your appearance preference in this browser until you change it or clear site data. Essential payment, scheduling, and security services may use their own cookies or similar technologies when you use them.
If you choose “Allow analytics,” Vercel Web Analytics and PostHog help us understand how visitors find us and which public pages they visit. Analytics stays off until you choose, and respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. PostHog uses an anonymous browser identifier, stored locally after consent, to recognize returning visits. We do not create named visitor profiles.
When analytics is active, query strings and fragments are removed from page URLs. PostHog retains only safe campaign labels and referring domains for traffic attribution. Scheduling, confirmation, API, and design-system routes are excluded. We do not send form contents, names, email addresses, or payment references as analytics events. This site does not use advertising pixels or session replay.
at any time to allow or decline optional analytics. Your choice does not prevent booking.
Photographs and children
We will seek separate permission before using identifiable client photographs in a public portfolio or promotional materials. A session booking is not a model release. A parent or guardian should arrange sessions involving children and handle any permissions on their behalf. Children should not submit information through the booking forms.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared with service providers as needed to operate the site and deliver a session, or where required by law. We do not sell booking details to advertisers. We keep information for as long as needed for the service, legitimate recordkeeping, and applicable legal obligations. Photo delivery and storage arrangements should be confirmed in your session agreement.
Your questions and choices
You may ask about information associated with your booking, request corrections, or request deletion, subject to recordkeeping obligations. The rights available to you depend on where you live. Email us below or reply to a prior session message.
