Who’s coming?
Tell me how many people are joining, the children’s ages, and which combinations you’d like photographed. If someone needs a place to sit or a route without steps, mention that when we choose the location.

One area per session
We can move between nearby backgrounds during either session. A neighborhood walk is a way to use your booked time, rather than a separate package. We’ll choose one small area so the session isn’t spent getting from place to place.
Choosing a location
Most sessions take place in Battery Park City and The Battery. There are also suggested meeting points at Duane Park, Staple Street, and Seaport. Sessions north of 14th Street have a $50 travel fee. Book as usual, and Diana will send a request for the fee by email after you book.

Questions about booking
What does a session cost?
Portraits are $250 for 30 minutes. Family sessions are $500 for 45 minutes. Both include 20 edited images, delivered within 14 calendar days after your shoot.
Where do sessions take place?
Outdoors in Manhattan. Most sessions take place in Battery Park City and The Battery. Tribeca, the Financial District, Seaport, and Civic Center are also nearby. The exact meeting point is agreed before the shoot.
How do I book?
Choose a portrait or family session, select an available time, and complete payment to reserve the appointment. You’ll receive a confirmation email. Email first if you need to discuss the location or a special request.
Do I need to live downtown?
No. You can come from anywhere in Manhattan or beyond. Most sessions are held in Battery Park City and The Battery, which is the easiest place to meet.
Can we do the session somewhere else in Manhattan?

Can I book a Friday or weekend session?
Yes, Friday and weekend sessions are available by request. Use the inquiry form to share your preferred dates. Diana will confirm availability before you reserve.
What happens if it rains or my child is sick?
If unsuitable weather or a sick child prevents your session, we offer a free reschedule within 14 days of the original appointment. If that is not possible, we provide a full refund. Please contact Diana as soon as you know a change is needed.
When will I receive my photographs?
Both sessions include 20 edited images, delivered within 14 calendar days after your shoot. Diana will confirm how you will receive them before your session.
What if my child needs a break?
Tell Diana about your child’s routine or anything that would help you plan. Family sessions are 45 minutes, and a parent or guardian must attend with children. If you have questions about timing or breaks, ask before booking so you can plan together.
